Facilities & Infrastructure in Swaraj College of commerce Pune

We have made provision of digitally enabled, spacious, and well-furnished classrooms for every faculty.  Whether it’s multimedia presentations, online educational videos, or video conferencing, teachers make sure to teach every subject using all the available resources in a lucid and highly structured way.

The library of Swaraj college of commerce Pune, is over 1000 books, 500 magazines, 250 journals, and international papers, students are always within the reach of information they need to augment their knowledge. The serene environment is maintained in a spacious study room. A Digital library is a value addition where students can access desired information sources at the click of a button.

Swaraj college of commerce Pune has state-of-the-art Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Computer labs equipped with modern infrastructure. Science laboratories are designed to conduct experiments in a most relaxed and inquisitive way. The computer lab has 20 PCs with licensed software, a dedicated server, and a hi-speed internet facility.  All laboratories are regularly reviewed and updated with the latest features and equipment found essential for student development.

Training and placement cell has it’s own IT and communication infrastructure along with dedicated staff under the leadership of the T&P Officer.  The annual schedule of T & P cell is prepared well in advance which includes round the year student development activities like Career counseling, aptitude assessment, training programs on Communication skills, Personality Development, Current Trends in Accounting, Banking,  etc. Mock interviews, GD’s, and Aptitude Tests are also conducted in order to prepare them for the placement drives. The placement drive is conducted tentatively in the month of May-June where reputed companies visit the campus and select the candidates for a variety of job profiles.

Swaraj college of commerce Pune understands the importance of sports in building a competitive and sportsman spirit in an individual. Host of Indoor and Outdoor games facilities are available for students on the campus. We encourage students to participate in sports competitions and provide all necessary support. An in-house sports championship is also organized every year in the month of December & January.

Swaraj College of Commerce Pune has a separate hostel facility for girls and boys. Spacious rooms are equipped with essential furniture items. Round-the-clock security and staff are provided to cater to resident students’ everyday needs. Warden is appointed and has the responsibility of maintaining discipline and decorum in the hostel.

Our SDP comprises of regular organization of Seminars, Workshops, Inviting Guest Faculties, Debates, Conferences, Symposiums, Industrial Visits, Study Tours & Cultural events. We give complete free hand to the students, right from planning, budgeting, management to successful execution of all such events.

We make it a point to celebrate all the cultural festivals, national festivals, birth anniversaries of national icons, special international days in true letter and spirit. Students organize elocution or debate contests, exhibitions, plays, dance, and music performances and try to imbibe the values of camaraderie and nationalism.  Annual Gathering is a flagship event of the Swaraj campus and is organized on a large scale attracting the participation of students across India.
